We want you to love everything you purchase from Topo Designs, and we stand by every item we make. If you purchased a product directly from our site and aren’t satisfied for any reason, we offer returns for a full refund. At this time, we cannot offer exchanges. Still have questions? Return Policy

To initiate your refund request, please contact cs@topodesigns.ca. A customer service representative will follow up with next steps. Items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached (unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free of pet hair) within 30 days of purchase. Your refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the return.

Please note:

• We do not offer free return shipping.

• If you would like a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

• Items marked as Sale are final and not eligible for return.
