We hope you are and your loved ones are safe during this unprecedented time. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread, we are implementing a series of measures to ensure the health of our warehouse staff. To limit staff exposure, we will be isolating all incoming returns for 3-5 days. This will result in your return being delayed. After the isolation period we will then process the return. We appreciate your patience on the delay during this temporary change to our returns process.

We want you to love everything you purchase from Topo Designs, and we stand by every item we make. Simply return the product to us in its original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of pet hair) within 30 days and we'll issue you a refund. At this time we do not offer free returns. If you want to make an exchange for a different size or colour you must return the order for refund and repurchase the product on our site. Items marked as Final Sale, are not eligible for a return. With the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), We are following the recommendations of the CDC, WHO and other leading health organizations around our warehouse operations, shipping and keeping our staff safe.

We ship as fast as we can so you can start enjoying your gear. Most orders are processed and out the door in 5-7 business days, but transit time can take up to 7 days or longer due to Covid-19 delays.

Damaged Shipments

We've vetted our carriers to provide the best possible shipping and customer care; however, occasional issues do arise. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to cs@topodesigns.ca. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking number.
