Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love everything you purchase from Topo Designs, and we stand by every item we make. Simply return the product to us in its original condition with all tags attached (unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of pet hair) within 30 days and we'll issue you a refund. At this time we do not offer free returns. If you want to make an exchange for a different size or colour you must return the order for refund and repurchase the product on our site. Items marked as Sale, are not eligible for a return. Still have questions? email cs@topodesigns.ca. we'll take care of you!

Shipping

Canadian Shipping

We ship as fast as we can so you can start enjoying your gear. Most orders are processed and out the door in 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated at checkout, but transit time can take up to 6 days, depending on your distance from Vancouver.

Holiday Shipping

Our warehouse elves will be working tirelessly to get presents under the tree by Christmas; however, some things are out of their control. To ensure your gear arrives in time for the holiday, please place your order by the following Canadapost shipping deadlines*:

Ground shipping: Friday, December 15th by 9:00 AM PST
XpresspostTM: Wednesday, December 20th by 11:00 AM PST

Please note that, as per Canada Post's guidelines, orders that are placed after December 15 using standard (non-expedited) shipping may arrive after Christmas.

All orders placed after Dec 20th will ship after the New Year.

Damaged Shipments

We've vetted our carriers to provide the best possible shipping and customer care; however, occasional issues do arise. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to cs@topodesigns.ca. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking number.
